As an Inside Advertising Sales Representative, you will join a dynamic, fun and enthusiastic team of individuals all working towards a common goal...to help our clients find quality local talent while continuing to improve our own sites.
The ideal candidate will possess prior online advertising sales experience (recruitment advertising sales a plus!), must be PC literate and able to work under minimal supervision.
You will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Utilize a consultative style sales approach to generate new business
- Demonstrate the products and services that ChicagoJobs.com has to offer
- Maintain and Grow your existing client base
- Generate revenue through online ad sales
- Schedule webinar demo's for your clients
- Understand and continue to improve your knowledge in all things recruitment related!
