YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
Our growth and expansion has created exciting opportunities for ambitious, dynamic Inside Sales Associates to help grow our developing online job boards and markets.
YOU WILL:
- Generate new streams of revenue through cold calling (80+ dials a day)
- Use consultative sales skills to sell job postings, resume database access, banner advertising, and ancillary recruitment products by phone
- Create unique product combinations and solutions to meet each advertiser's individual needs
- Grow client base: prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new business while maintaining your existing clientele
- Develop solid long-term relationships with advertisers through personal attention and follow-up
- Keep current on trends within the online recruitment industry

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years successful direct sales experience
- Experience in the recruitment industry a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals and expectations
- Enthusiasm and dedication to develop a strong customer base - including research, lead generation and cold calling
- Must be out-going, aggressive, team-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literacy is necessary including MS Office and Outlook
